4. 本项目预算控制金额（最高投标限价）为1,140,000.00元，超过该价格的投标将被拒绝。
5. 标书获得方法：
供应商在深圳交易集团有限公司政府采购业务分公司网(http://www.szzfcg.cn)登记并经审核成为深圳市政府采购注册供应商后，于2021年03月01日 17:30 至2021年03月08日 17:30 期间从深圳交易集团有限公司宝安分公司网（http://www.baoan.gov.cn/jyzx/index.html）下载本项目的招标文件，并进行投标响应。供应商登记注册手续详见深圳交易集团有限公司政府采购业务分公司网(http://www.szzfcg.cn)。供应商如确定参加投标，首先须在深圳交易集团有限公司宝安分公司网上报名投标，方法为登录深圳交易集团有限公司宝安分公司网后点击“应标管理→投标响应”；如果网上报后又不参加投标必须在距投标截止时间1个工作日之前登录采购系统点击“拒绝”或“撤销”或告知招标机构。网上点击响应投标而未在招标文件规定的投标截止时间之前递交投标文件，且未在规定的时间前将其不参加投标的情况告知招标机构的供应商，招标机构将视其网上违规操作。
6. 投标人资格要求：
      1）投标人必须是深圳市政府采购注册供应商，并在深圳交易集团有限公司宝安分公司网站上响应投标。
      2）投标人必须是在中华人民共和国境内（不含港、澳、台地区）注册的独立法人企业，提供营业执照扫描件。
      3）近三年无重大违法经营记录的声明（提供声明函）。
      4）本项目不接受联合体投标，不允许分包转包。
7. 招标文件澄清/修改事项：供应商如对本项目招标文件有任何疑问，包括认为招标文件的技术指标或参数存在排他性或歧视性条款等，必须于2021年03月07日 00：00 前登录深圳交易集团有限公司宝安分公司网，在“应标管理→提出招标文件澄清要求”中填写相关疑问，逾期将不予受理。投标截止前将集中答疑结果及相关补充公告以网上公告方式或在系统中直接答复投标人，请及时关注。
8. 本项目实行网上投标，具体操作为登录“深圳交易集团有限公司宝安分公司网”，用“应标管理→上传投标文件”功能点上传投标文件。投标人应向深圳交易集团有限公司政府采购业务分公司申请开通网上“上传投标文件”的权限，投标人须确认在投标截止时间前已开通“上传投标文件”的权限。
