深圳市国际招标有限公司受用户委托，就光纤激光器采购B包进行国际公开招标。现邀请国际合格的投标方前来投标。
1、招标范围：
02包：2500W光纤激光器：4台，6000W光纤激光器：1台。主要技术参数详见招标文件。

2、标书售价：每个项目包人民币均为500.00元或美元75.00；售后不退，邮寄需另附邮费60元人民币或40美元。
3、购买标书时间：2017-9-22 上午9:00 起至 2017-10-10 17:30（北京时间）（节假日及午休时间除外）
4、投标截止时间：2017-10-13  9:30（北京时间），逾期收到或不符合要求的投标文件恕不接受。
5、开标时间：2017-10-13   9:30 (北京时间)
6、购买标书地点：深圳市罗湖区嘉宾路深华商业大厦裙楼六层600A室。（投标人可至深圳市国际有限公司查阅招标文件）
7、开标地点：深圳市罗湖区嘉宾路深华商业大厦裙楼六层621室。
8、资格标准：
8.1投标人必须是合法经营的独立法人或其他组织（投标文件提供有关登记证明材料，原件备查），投标人应在中国国际招标网（www.chinabidding.com）、深圳市国际招标有限公司网站（www.sztc.com）注册成会员。国内投标人须提供营业执照复印件加盖投标人公章。

8.2投标人必须是光纤激光器的制造商或代理商（按招标文件要求提供有关证明材料）。

8.3所投设备的制造商必须有三年以上制造、生产经验，两年以上的销售史，在中国国内有类似设备的用户。投标商应在投标书中提供在制造本次招标设备经验方面的资料及近年来招标设备在激光加工行业等领域中使用的情况及数量，并附有至少包括1～3家的主要用户名单及准确的联系方式。

8.4本项目（2个项目包）不接受联合体投标。

8.5 特别说明：投标人在购买招标文件和递交投标文件时提供的所有资料必须真实、有效，若发现有提供虚假资料投标的将取消其投标资格，投标保证金不予退还，并将上报相关部门根据国家相关规定予以处罚。
9、其它要求：投标人购买标书前请在“中国国际招标网”、“深圳国际招标采购网”上注册成供应商。
