1、招标范围：
01包： 五轴数控刀具磨床1台。主要技术参数详见招标文件。
2、标书售价：人民币300.00元或美元50.00；售后不退，邮寄需另附邮费60元人民币或40美元。
3、购买标书时间：2016-7-15起至 2016-7-26 每天上午9:00至17:00（北京时间）（节假日及午休时间除外）。
4、投标截止时间：2016-8-5 9:30（北京时间），逾期收到或不符合要求的投标文件恕不接受。
5、开标时间：2016-8-5 9:30 (北京时间)
6、购买标书地点：深圳市罗湖区嘉宾路深华商业大厦裙楼六层600A室。（投标人可至深圳市国际有限公司查阅招标文件）
7、开标地点：深圳市罗湖区嘉宾路深华商业大厦裙楼六层627室。
8、资格标准：
1、投标人为独立法人或其他组织，应在中国国际招标网（www.chinabidding.com）、深圳国际招标采购网（new.sztc.com）注册成会员。境内投标人的投标文件须提供加盖投标人公章的营业执照复印件。
2、投标人必须是五轴数控刀具磨床的制造商或代理商。
3、 特别说明：投标人在购买招标文件和递交投标文件时提供的所有资料必须真实、有效，若发现有提供虚假资料投标的将取消其投标资格，投标保证金不予退还，并将上报相关部门根据国家相关规定予以处罚。
9、其它要求：投标人购买标书前请在“中国国际招标网”、“深圳国际招标采购网”上注册成供应商。
