关于深圳振华富电子有限公司流延机设备采购（重新招标）项目的变更通知
发布日期：2020-04-17各投标人：
关于《深圳振华富电子有限公司流延机设备采购（重新招标）》招标项目（招标编号：0658-20401A030122），为保证招标文件中付款方式的合理性，现根据采购人要求，将原招标文件中的付款方式、交货期和投标截止时间及开标时间变更如下：
一、付款方式：
第七章 合同专用条款 第*20.1条，“付款方法和条件”变更为：
1、中国关境内投标人的付款方式：
1）在合同生效后15天内，招标人向中标人支付合同总额35%的货款；
2）设备发货前15天内，招标人向中标人支付合同总额35%的货款；
3）设备运行60天，验收合格后，招标人向中标人支付合同总额20%的货款；
4）设备验收合格（招标人签字验收日期为准）并正常使用至少6个月后，招标人向中标人支付合同总额10%的余款。
2、中国关境外投标人的付款方式：
合同签订后30天内对外开具合同总金额的90%的不可撤销信用证，买方收到卖方的发货通知及相关单据后议付。安装调试完成后，并按要求设备试运行45天验收合格后，凭双方签署的验收报告，及相关单据T/T支付合同总额的10%。
二、交货期：
第六章 投标资料表 第*26.4.2条及第八章 货物需求一览表及技术规格的“交货期”变更为：信用证开出后不超过480个日历日内交付使用（中国关境外投标人），合同签订后不超过480个日历日内交付使用（中国关境内投标人）。
三、投标截止时间及开标时间变更为：
1、 投标截止时间：2020年5月7日09 ：30（北京时间）；
2、 开标时间：2020年5月7日09 ：30（北京时间）。
