3、招标文件的获取：

参与本项目的供应商须在深圳市国际招标有限公司网站（new.sztc.com）进行网上报名及参加项目。

3.1招标文件下载

3.1.1请于2022年11月4日14：00至2022年11月14日23：59（北京时间），在深圳市国际招标有限公司登陆网站，下载招标文件（订购前须确保在www.sztc.com网站已注册会员，如未注册，请登陆http://new.sztc.com/gyssc/17414.htm页面了解如何免费注册会员）。

3.1.2本项目免招标文件订购费。用户仅需购买电子招投标服务即可参与项目。

3.1.3电子招投标服务收费：人民币1500元，支付成功后由平台方开具电子发票，投标人如需纸质发票，系统将在支付成功后由平台方于一周内将纸质发票寄出，邮费到付。

4. 投标截止时间：所有投标书应于2022年11月24日14时 30分(北京时间)之前递交到深圳市南山区沙河西路与白石路交汇处深圳湾科技生态园9栋B4座6楼633室。逾期送达或不符合投标规定的投标文件恕不接受。

5. 开标时间及地点：定于2022年11月24日14时30 分 (北京时间)，在深圳市南山区沙河西路与白石路交汇处深圳湾科技生态园9栋B4座6楼633室公开开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。

6. 资格证明文件和业绩：

（1）投标人必须是来自中华人民共和国或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家或地区的法人或其他组织，在法律上和财务上独立、合法运作并独立于招标人和招标机构，并在中国国际招标网（www.chinabidding.com）注册成会员；须提供营业执照或企业注册证明复印件。

（2）投标人必须是所投产品的制造商或制造商有效授权的合法代理商，提供产品制造商专项授权书或代理证书（投标人是产品制造商的除外）复印件。

（3）投标人须提供其开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件。

（4）投标人必须提供由设备制造商或授权的中国总代理签署的合法有效的保修、维修承诺函。

3. Acquisition of bidding documents:




Suppliers participating in this project must register online and participate in the project on the website of Shenzhen International Tendering Co., Ltd. (new. sztc. com).




3.1 Download of Bidding Documents




3.1.1 Please log on the website of Shenzhen International Tendering Co., Ltd. from 14:00 on November 4, 2022 to 23:59 on November 14, 2022 (Beijing time) to download the bidding documents (before ordering, you must ensure that you have registered a member on www.sztc.com, if not, please log on http://new.sztc.com/gyssc/17414.htm Learn how to register for free).




3.1.2 The project is free of bidding document subscription fee. Users only need to purchase electronic bidding services to participate in the project.




3.1.3 Electronic bidding service charge: 1500 yuan. After successful payment, the platform will issue an electronic invoice. If the bidder needs a paper invoice, the system will send the paper invoice within one week after successful payment, and the postage will be paid.

4. Deadline for bid submission: All bids shall be submitted to Room 633, 6/F, Building B4, Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Ecological Park, the intersection of Shahe West Road and Baishi Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, before 14:30 on November 24, 2022 (Beijing time). Late delivery or bidding documents that do not meet the bidding requirements will not be accepted.




5. Time and place of bid opening: At 14:30 (Beijing time) on November 24, 2022, the bid will be opened in public at Room 633, Floor 6, Building B4, Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Ecological Park, the intersection of Shahe West Road and Baishi Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. At that time, please attend the bid opening ceremony.




6. Qualification documents and performance:




(1) The bidder must be a legal person or other organization from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China, independent legally and financially, legally operating and independent from the tenderee and the tendering agency, and registered as a member on www.chinabidding.com; A copy of the business license or enterprise registration certificate shall be provided.




(2) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the products to be bid or the legal agent effectively authorized by the manufacturer, and provide a copy of the special power of attorney or agency certificate of the product manufacturer (except that the bidder is a product manufacturer).




(3) The bidder must provide the original or copy of the credit certificate issued by its bank of deposit within three months before the bid opening date.




(4) The Tenderer must provide a legal and effective letter of commitment for warranty and repair signed by the equipment manufacturer or authorized general agent in China.
